An excellent opportunity exists with this niche commercial firm for an ambitious lawyer to be involved in all aspects of corporate work. The successful candidate should have at least 5 years’ PQE and be keen to work within a boutique commercial law firm.

You will handle a broad range of work including mergers and acquisitions, acquisition finance, corporate governance and private equity. This is an exciting role which will provide you with exposure to quality transactions and an excellent client base.
