Our Mission Statement is reproduced here to illustrate our commitment to our clients and candidates to provide the best possible service:
At FWA our values define our culture, professional integrity and confidentiality are the cornerstones of our service. We also recognise that the recommendations we make and the services we provide impact significantly on the businesses, careers and lives of others. These are responsibilities we take seriously, and this is reflected in our commitment to:
Since its inception in 1995, FWA has donated time and money to various charities which, for a variety of reasons, are close to our hearts.
Charities we continue to support are YoungMinds, Missing People and Carers Trust, which are all very worthwhile and relevant causes.
We are a lifeline when someone disappears. We are caring and highly trained staff and volunteers working in collaboration with partners across the UK. For those left behind, we provide specialised support to end the heartache and confusion and search for their missing loved one.
Missing People is an independent charity funded by donations. You can make a real difference by joining the search in your area and by supporting us in a range of ways.
Their vision says it all “A world where the role and contribution of unpaid carers is recognised, and they have access to the quality support and services they need to live their own lives”.
YoungMinds is the UK’s leading charity committed to improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people. Young people’s experiences are the most important tool in changing mental health practice and opinions. We work with young people everyday to campaign for improved mental health care and better services, put pressure on stopping further funding cuts and reduce the stigma that surrounds mental health by raising awareness online and in the media.
LawCare is an independent charity offering emotional support, information and training to the
legal community in the UK and Ireland. We work to promote good mental health and wellbeing in legal workplaces and drive change in education, training and practice.
