Corporate Solicitors – Guernsey                             

This global firm is currently recruiting Solicitors to join its Corporate Team from the NQ to Senior Associate level.  You should be an ambitious Solicitor who is keen to develop your career in this area.  You should have experience in one or more of the following, investment funds, capital markets, banking/ finance and corporate gained in a leading firm.  (Assignment 13384)

Dispute Resolution – Jersey              

The firm is looking for candidates who can demonstrate effective drafting skills and be able to generate commercial litigation. Attention to detail is key to ensure the highest quality of service to our clients. In return the firm is offering the successful candidate a competitive salary and the support of professional training, in-house and external, and mentoring to enhance your career. (Assignment 13743)

Employment Solicitor – Guernsey       

This is an exciting opportunity where you advise on complex employment matters.  You will predominantly deal with contentious work, tribunals and regulatory matters.  Some of your duties will include:

  • Supporting the Partners in undertaking a seamless transition of existing matters
  • Undertaking research of Employment Legislation
  • Representing clients at tribunals
  • Business development

To be considered for this position you should have at least 3 years’ PQE and strong employment law experience.  (Assignment 13835)

In-house Counsel – Jersey 

Reporting directly to the Head of In-house Counsel, you will support the legal team on all projects relating to business and corporate legislation. You will advise all levels of management on regulatory and legal obligations and provide a wide variety of services to support the business in its operational risk and governance decisions.  The firm is looking for candidates at least NQ-2 PQE who have experience in-house or in a corporate regulatory role with knowledge of AML and Data Protection. (Assignment 13758)

Investment Funds & Corporate – Guernsey                                                     

This role is ideal for a technically strong solicitor to work alongside leading practitioners in the Guernsey IF&C office. You will be ambitious and academically excellent. Guernsey jurisdiction experience would be an advantage but not essential.

The key responsibilities include –

  • The development and expansion of client relationships to secure the firm’s success.
  • Providing excellent advice and service to clients
  • Supporting colleagues, counsel and partners in all client matters
  • Sharing knowledge and participating in conferences, client presentations, training and seminars.
  • Promoting the firm’s values and ethics while proactively seeking to resolve conflict. (Assignment 13690)
