Commercial/Residential Conveyancing – Prestwick

The role involves all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing, along with some commercial leasing.  Candidates should have between 1 -5 years’ PQE with relevant property experience.  Exciting opportunity with the prospects of early advancement.  (Assignment 13147)

Commercial Property – Aberdeen

You will act for a variety of sectors and be involved in a range of work including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, development agreements, project due diligence and corporate support, property finance and licensing.  (Assignment 12372)

Commercial Property – Glasgow

You will be involved in the full range of real estate services, you will gain exposure to investment property deals, telecoms and insolvency through supporting Partners.  (Assignment 13227)

Commercial Property Associate – Edinburgh or Glasgow

You will work with a range of clients including investors, developers, banks, landlords and tenants.  You will provide a quality service to clients, principally in the sale and purchase of commercial property, commercial leasing, development work, security transactions and general commercial conveyancing advice and information. (Assignment 13441)

Corporate Real Estate Solicitor – Edinburgh

The role involves dealing with a range of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant and asset management transactions for significant clients, land acquisitions and disposals and supporting project work for corporate and real estate finance clients.  (Assignment 12460)

Junior Planning Solicitor – Edinburgh

You will be involved in a variety of work and your duties will include drafting and negotiating planning obligations and infrastructure agreements, advising on environmental impact and strategic planning advice. (Assignment 13622)

Junior Residential Property – Edinburgh or Glasgow

You will have a varied workload which will include assisting with cross-divisional matters in which the EPU plays a key role e.g. real estate and development finance transactions, insolvency transactions, energy deals and support on corporate deals. (Assignment 13328)

Residential/Commercial Property Solicitor – Edinburgh/Highlands

This is an interesting and varied role which will include advising on both residential and commercial property.  The firm is open to hearing from candidates at all levels of PQE and who are keen to develop their career with a friendly and successful firm.  (Assignment 13638)

Rural Property – Edinburgh

You will join the firms Land and Rural Business team and will have a variety of work which includes handling rural purchase and sale transactions, advising on crofting issues and advising on agricultural holdings legislation.  The ideal candidate will have between 1-8 years’ PQE.  (Assignment 13388)
