Commercial Property – Edinburgh

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading firm!  Our client is recruiting a Solicitor to join its office in Edinburgh.  The ideal candidate will be at the NQ-8 years’ PQE level and should have previous experience of commercial property transactions.

You will undertake a wide range of interesting commercial property work and have busy caseload; therefore, you should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.  Some of your duties will include:

  • Managing a busy caseload including; purchases, sales and leases
  • Provide legal advice on commercial property matters
  • Managing your own caseload
  • Meeting or exceeding individual financial targets

This is a full-time role, although candidates who wish to work part-time would be considered.  (Assignment 13641)

In-house Senior Legal Counsel – Edinburgh

Exciting role for a commercially minded lawyer to join this niche in-house legal team. A fantastic opportunity to be part of this well-known property group.  This is a challenging role which will include a range of work including:

  • Providing general legal advice to the business
  • Carrying out anti money laundering training
  • General compliance training and audits
  • General support on property matters
  • Company secretarial duties

You will need to be a team player with a flexible, pragmatic approach to your work and a strong business and relationship development acumen. You will have corporate and / or commercial experience from a large firm or, another in-house legal team. Junior Real Estate Solicitor – Aberdeen

This award-winning Real Estate team is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join the busy Aberdeen office.  This is an interesting and varied role where you will advise on a range of real estate transactions including investment, development and asset management.  This is an exciting opportunity to deal with high profile and complex work.

Candidates at the 1-3 years’ PQE level would be considered.  You should have previous real estate experience and be keen to develop your career in this area.(Assignment 14282)

Junior Real Estate Solicitor – Glasgow

This firm currently have an opportunity for a Solicitor at the NQ-2 years’ PQE level to join its Real Estate Team in Glasgow.  This is a varied role where you will deal with large volume projects covering all aspects of commercial real estate including residential development, acting for housebuilders and landowners, property and infrastructure transactions.

To be considered for this position you should have relevant real estate experience and be keen to progress your career in this area. (Assignment 14237)
