Commercial Property Lawyer – Glasgow
We are currently with Miller Samuel Hill Brown, as sole agency, on this commercial property role in Glasgow. The team specialises in all aspects of property law in Scotland, dealing with acquisitions and disposals of all sizes, from the smallest industrial unit to largescale developments.

This dynamic law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its busy Commercial Property Team. The team advise on a range of interesting work and will be responsible for advising developers, investors, lenders, public institutions, hospitality and retail. Energy Property Lawyer – Edinburgh or Glasgow
This global law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Property, Energy & Infrastructure Team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The role will involve a wide range of energy and infrastructure property work where you will act for a range of high-profile clients. You will focus on wind, solar, hydro and nuclear transactions in the energy sphere and road, rail and ports and other major infrastructure projects, acting for a mix of clients, including public authorities, developers, investors, funders and utility companies

We are delighted to be exclusively working on this Commercial Property position within a busy telecommunications infrastructure organisation. This is an interesting role where you will advise on all aspects of commercial property and your responsibilities will include:

The organisation offers great prospects and hybrid working, you would be expected in the office 3 days per week, however, a more remote role will be offered to candidates at a more senior level. Part-time work will also be offered to more senior candidates. (Assignment 14368)
Senior Renewable Energy Solicitor – Edinburgh
This growing firm is currently recruiting a Senior Associate to join its Real Estate Renewable Energy Team in Edinburgh. This is a great opportunity to be involved in a range of interesting renewable energy projects including wind, hydro, solar, battery storage and energy from waste (biomass) schemes.
You will advise on all aspects of real estate matter related to energy for both developers and landowners including negotiating and drafting of options, leases, servitudes, and securities and carrying out title due diligence and reporting.
To be considered for this position you should have at least 6 years’ PQE and have previous experience of real estate and the energy sector.
