Teddie joined the recruitment team at FWA in April 2015 as a Recruitment Consultant, working closely with our specialist recruiters, helping us to deliver our best service to you each and every day. Teddie is a Music graduate from London Music School and had the opportunity to spend six months teaching Overseas. His approachable manner, natural intuition and commercial awareness, make him a valuable member of our team. Working closely with Cameron, Teddie will focus on placing junior level lawyers as well as guiding them through this critical stage in their career by providing advice on firms, their culture, salaries that can be expected, together with the impact on future career prospects.
Cameron qualified as a Solicitor in Scotland in 2006, and subsequently worked in private practice before joining FWA in 2008, and as a result, Cameron brings with him first-hand experience and knowledge of the legal profession. He has a down to earth and consultative approach to recruitment, using his legal and recruitment experience to facilitate the best possible outcome for both client and candidates. He works closely with Frasia in supporting candidates from junior to senior level. His strong relationships with clients means that he can draw on his market knowledge to successfully advise and mentor candidates through the recruitment process.
Robert joined the recruitment team in February 2018. Working alongside Cameron, Teddie and Frasia he provides key support to the newly qualified and junior level lawyers. Robert’s experience of working in Europe, London, New York and Zimbabwe gives him a fresh approach to recruitment and a unique appreciation and understanding of different cultures and working practices. As a legal recruiter, Robert can outline the main career options to you and advise on firms and organisations, their cultures and help you make the right decision about your career.
