We have been instructed on this Senior Non-Contentious Construction role with our client, a long-standing Scottish law firm. The firm is currently seeking an experienced Lawyer to join its Property & Infrastructure Division, located in either its Edinburgh or Glasgow office.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide construction advice on various major property developments and regeneration projects. The post-holder will handle all aspects of non-contentious construction matters, including building contracts, significant engineering projects—especially in the energy sector (such as onshore wind, hydro, battery storage, and solar tidal/wave projects)—as well as bonds, guarantees, and professional appointments. Major clients include public sector bodies, funders and consultants, developers, and contractors.

The firm is particularly interested in candidates with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE and above, who have significant experience in this field. Although the position is based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh, the projects span across the UK.

If this position could be of interest to you, please do not hesitate to contact either Frasia or Cameron for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 16011)
