We are delighted to be working exclusively on this unique opportunity for a Lawyer to become part of a growing in-house Legal Team at Forsa Energy.

Forsa Energy is a UK-based company dedicated to developing, constructing, owning, and operating flexible gas generation and energy storage assets. The organisation is currently seeking a newly qualified Lawyer to join its expanding Legal Team, based in either its Edinburgh or Greenock office.

The successful candidate can expect to provide professional legal advice and support to the growing business on various corporate matters. Additionally, they’ll assist in delivering legal services across the commercial, development, and construction teams.

To be considered for this role, you should be a newly qualified Lawyer with some experience in corporate/commercial law. An understanding of the role of Company Secretary is desirable, however not essential as training will be given. Applicants should have a genuine interest in working in the energy sector.

This opportunity offers a chance to join an engaging in-house environment and gain valuable experience in this field. While the Edinburgh office is preferred, Greenock is also considered. The company operates on a hybrid model, requiring two days in-office per week, with a 9-day fortnight structure (37.5 hours over 9 days) and every second Friday off. Although remote work is common, occasional visits to the Greenock office (around twice a month) and more frequent attendance at the Edinburgh office for local staff are expected.

If this position could be of interest, please do not hesitate to contact either Steph or Jade for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 15862)
