NQ-5, Healthcare Associate – Edinburgh
Our client is currently recruiting a qualified Solicitor to join its Healthcare Team in Edinburgh. The team cover cosmetic and beautician treatments as well as high value, complex clinical claims representing clients across various sectors.
The role will involve managing a mixed caseload of healthcare and historic abuse claims. You will have knowledge of the law and the ability to apply it, strong communication skills and focussed on delivering a highly professional service to clients.
To be considered for this position you should be at the NQ-5 years’ PQE level and ideally have previous healthcare litigation experience. Candidates with general personal injury experience will also be considered. (Assignment 15314)
Litigation/Real Estate Litigation Solicitor – Edinburgh
We are delighted to have been instructed on this new Litigation role with our client, a highly regarded Scottish law firm in Edinburgh. The firm is currently recruiting a qualified lawyer to join its well-established Real Estate Litigation team on a full-time basis; the team is keen to speak with experienced lawyers at the 2-6 years PQE level who have previously worked in a property law environment and have good knowledge and understanding of dispute resolution.
This is an interesting role with a mixed caseload involving complex litigation matters; the successful candidate can also expect to work closely with a variety of clients including housebuilders, estate owners, commercial tenants and retailers.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an ambitious, dedicated, and adaptable individual with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. The position is full time based in Edinburgh. (15312)
Solicitor (Dispute Resolution) – Edinburgh
This independent Scottish law firm is currently recruiting a qualified Solicitor to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in Edinburgh on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will handle a wide range of commercial dispute resolution matters, both in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.

Data Protection opportunity – Central Belt
Our client, a Scottish full-service firm, is seeking an experienced data protection officer to join its growing team. The team provide data protection and compliance advice to clients across a wide range of sectors. This role can be based from Edinburgh, Glasgow or Dundee.

The successful candidate will have client contact from the start and will be responsible for an interesting caseload which will include leasing, sales and purchases and development.
The ideal candidate will have between 4 – 6 years PQE with a strong background in commercial real estate matters. Interested candidates should have the ability to handle a busy and complex workload, have excellent attention to detail and communication skills as well as being client focused. Contentious Construction Solicitor – Edinburgh / Hybrid
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to join this busy firm based in central Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be involved in managing and resolving disputes on behalf of clients in the construction sector. The position is full time with hybrid working options available.
This firm is keen to hear from candidates with at least 2 years PQE who are commercially aware and have previous disputes experience. Construction disputes experience would also be beneficial but is not essential. Assignment 14982)
