Senior Associate/Partner, Commercial Property/Real Estate – Glasgow (Assignment 16445)

We are delighted to have been instructed on this new senior-level role with our client, a well-established national law firm. The firm is currently recruiting for a Senior Associate or a Partner to lead its expanding real estate practice in Glasgow.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years’ PQE with broad expertise in areas such as real estate finance, development, landlord and tenant matters, and asset and estate management. While there is an opportunity to bring a client following, this is not a requirement. You will be expected to oversee junior staff members, providing training and guidance to support the team’s development.

Lawyer/Company-Secretary – East Kilbride (Assignment 16458)

We are excited to be working on a new in-house role with our client, a successful organisation in the financial sector. The company is currently seeking a General Counsel/Company Secretary to join its office in South Lanarkshire.

This role primarily will be a mix of general legal work and Company Secretarial duties, depending on the individual’s expertise. The team is eager to speak with senior-level candidates with over 10 years of PQE, ideally with experience in corporate/commercial work, board management, and shareholder relations. Strong leadership skills and a self-starting attitude are essential.

This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative company that values human decision-making alongside a modern IT platform, setting it apart from most banks. The role will be primarily office-based, with a requirement for four days of office presence each week.

Commercial Litigation Partner – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 13754)

This progressive Law Firm is currently recruiting an experienced Lawyer to join its busy Commercial Litigation Team in Edinburgh. The firm is keen to hear from candidates at Partner level who have a strong commercial background with a knowledge of the financial services sector being desirable.

The role will focus on contentious matters for a range of commercial clients and financial organisations. The team advise on a range of high-value and complex matters which include commercial and investment banking disputes.

Your key duties will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload for key commercial and financial services clients
  • Providing strategic and commercial legal advice on a range of contentious disputes and claims
  • Supporting the surrounding team with large projects and complex cases

To be considered for this position you should have at least 6 years’ PQE and have experience of commercial litigation, financial services litigation, or property litigation.

Senior Associate to Partner level – M&A – Glasgow (Assignment 15372)

Our client, a Scottish full-service firm, is seeking a number of senior level lawyers to join its teams in Glasgow. Due to continued growth in the West Coast, the firm has Senior level to Partner lever opportunities across a range of practice areas.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with drive and ambition, looking to help shape the Glasgow office in their own practice area.

Private Client Partner – Aberdeen (Assignment 15652)

We are delighted to have been instructed on this senior Private Client role with our client, a well-established law firm headquartered in Aberdeen. The firm is currently looking to recruit a Partner to lead the firms highly regarded Private Client team on a full-time basis.

The role is based in Aberdeen; however, the firm will also consider Edinburgh or Glasgow for the right person. The successful candidate can expect to be involved in all aspects of private client work such as wills & executries, trusts & estate administration, powers of attorney and inheritance tax.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 6 years PQE with a strong background in private client work. Previous experience of working in a managerial role would be advantageous as well as exposure to handling sensitive and complex cases.

This position would be suited to someone with excellent leadership skills and who possess the ability to drive successful outcomes in legal matters.

Corporate & Commercial (Oil & Gas) – Aberdeen (Assignment 16333)

Our client, a leading Scottish firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Lawyer to join its Energy & Infrastructure (E&I) Team in Aberdeen. This role primarily focuses on the oil and gas sector, with opportunities to contribute to projects in the broader energy spectrum.

The successful candidate will advise operators on upstream operational contracts, field development agreements, and decommissioning security agreements. Key duties will include conducting M&A due diligence, collaborating on SPAs, advising on service sector contracts (drilling, seismic, offshore construction, EPCs), and providing regulatory advice.

The ideal candidate will have upwards of 4 years’ PQE ideally with previous experience working in the energy sector. The team is keen to hear from individuals who are efficient, deadline-oriented, and responsible for client service.
