Our client, a prestigious independent Law Firm, is looking for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join its team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

The purpose of the role is to assist the Banking & Finance team with real estate finance and banking transactions, while also supporting Partners and other fee earners in delivering exceptional, client-focused service. You will handle real estate finance documents, title matters, corporate authorisations, securities, registrations, and post-settlement support, ensuring tasks are completed on time and clients are updated.

To apply, you must be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE and a strong understanding of managing real estate/real estate finance transactions, including title examination, due diligence, and related legal aspects. Experience with other aspects of real estate finance transactions is advantageous but not required.
