This well‑established Scottish law firm is recruiting a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing dispute resolution team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy and expanding practice handling a broad range of commercial disputes, with clear scope for progression and longer‑term partnership potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on general commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters
  • Handling insolvency‑related disputes, including contentious personal and corporate insolvency work
  • Representing clients in Scottish courts and tribunals
  • Acting for a diverse client base including companies, financial institutions, landlords, insolvency practitioners and public bodies
  • Supporting the continued growth of the practice and contributing to client relationships

Applicants should have at least 3 years’ PQE in commercial litigation. Experience in insolvency disputes would be advantageous, though candidates with strong general commercial disputes backgrounds will also be considered. The firm is open to candidates at Associate, Senior Associate, or Legal Director level, and will also consider strong Senior Solicitors. Candidates should be commercially minded, confident managing their own cases, and keen to develop within a growing team.
