Civil Court Litigation Solicitor – Glasgow / Hybrid (Assignment 18306)

  • 2–5 years’ PQE in civil litigation.
  • Manage a varied civil litigation caseload across the Scottish courts, providing practical legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships within a collaborative team environment.
  • Hybrid working with genuine flexibility, including a four-day week option, alongside a competitive salary, bonus scheme, and structured career development.

Civil / Commercial Solicitor – Edinburgh / Hybrid (Assignment 18269)

  • Minimum 2 years’ PQE in civil/commercial litigation.
  • Handle a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, including payment actions, property disputes, and tribunal representation, with significant autonomy and client contact.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Edinburgh (Assignment 18311)

  • Minimum 2 years’ PQE in civil litigation.
  • Manage Sheriff Court and Court of Session litigation matters, draft legal documents, advise clients, and support advocacy and business development activities.

Defender Insurance – Glasgow / Hybrid (Assignment 18119)

  • Up to 5 years’ PQE with strong litigation experience.
  • Manage defender insurance litigation matters involving motor claims, fraud, and casualty work while providing client-focused legal advice and gaining advocacy experience.

NQ-Senior, Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Edinburgh (Assignment 17265)

  • NQ+ with residential conveyancing experience.
  • Manage a varied residential property caseload, oversee paralegals and daily department operations, and support wider private client services including wills and powers of attorney.

Employment – Edinburgh/Hybrid (Assignment 17965)

  • Minimum 2 years’ PQE in employment law.
  • Advise on a broad range of employment matters including disputes, redundancy, TUPE, and restructuring, while drafting documentation and representing clients in proceedings.
