Professional Indemnity – Edinburgh (Assignment 18444)

  • 4+ years’ PQE
  • Manage a varied caseload of professional indemnity and insurance disputes, advising insurers and policyholders on liability, indemnity and coverage issues, including complex, high-value and multi-party litigation.
  • Scottish-qualified solicitor with experience in professional indemnity, insurance litigation or commercial disputes; strong technical skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage matters independently. Experience involving construction professionals, accountants, brokers or financial institutions is advantageous.

Senior Litigation Partner – Edinburgh (Assignment 15133)

  • 6+ years’ PQE
  • Advise a varied client base on all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution, managing complex matters independently and delivering high-quality client service.
  • Suitable for an experienced Senior Associate looking to progress to Partner level or an established Partner; strong litigation expertise and an interest in business development are desirable.

Litigation, Dispute Resolution – Glasgow (Assignment 17895)

  • 6+ years’ PQE
  • Manage a varied litigation caseload including contract and property disputes, landlord and tenant matters, professional negligence claims and motoring-related criminal defence work.
  • Strong advocacy and independent case management skills required, with the ability to provide excellent client service and support junior colleagues. Full-time permanent role with hybrid working available after an initial on-site period.

Personal Injury – Glasgow (Assignment 15668)

  • 4+ years’ PQE
  • Manage a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated personal injury claims, including employer liability, public liability, road traffic and medical negligence matters.
  • Strong personal injury experience required, with regular court appearances across Scotland. Previous experience supervising junior colleagues is desirable, with flexibility and long-term career prospects offered. 

Personal Injury – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 18032)

  • 5+ years’ PQE
  • Supervise solicitors and paralegals while managing a caseload of complex, high-value personal injury claims, including RTA, EL/PL, vehicle damage and hire matters.
  • Strong civil litigation experience and knowledge of Sheriff Court and Court of Session procedures required, alongside confident advocacy, drafting and team leadership skills. Credit hire experience is advantageous.

Healthcare (Personal Injury) – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 18142)

  • 6+ years’ PQE
  • Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence and abuse-related claims, advising clients and handling complex legal issues within a specialist healthcare litigation team.
  • Strong litigation experience and excellent communication skills required; clinical negligence or abuse experience is advantageous but not essential. Opportunity to take a leading role within a growing specialist practice.
