• 6+ PQE
• Broad dispute resolution role covering insolvency, commercial, and property litigation for clients across Scotland.
• Senior opportunity to drive successful outcomes, contribute to team development, and progress within an award‑winning firm.

Dispute Resolution (Property Litigation) – Edinburgh (Assignment 17507)

• NQ–5 PQE
• Contentious property work including lease disputes, title issues, boundary disputes, and professional negligence, with regular court and tribunal appearances.
• Collaborative role offering advocacy opportunities, strong mentoring, and clear professional development.

Professional Indemnity – Glasgow / Hybrid (Assignment 17565)

• 7+ PQE
• Handling complex, high‑value professional indemnity claims for major insurers across a wide range of professions.
• Senior role involving case strategy, client management, mentoring juniors, and business development within a leading international firm.

Experienced Litigator – Glasgow (Assignment 16797)

• 3+ PQE
• High‑value commercial litigation role including Court of Session work such as shareholder, partnership, contract, and insolvency disputes.
• Expected to manage a caseload independently while contributing to business development in a collaborative boutique firm.

Property & Liability – Edinburgh or Glasgow / Hybrid (Assignment 17978)

• 1+ PQE
• Managing complex, high‑value property damage and liability claims for insurers and commercial clients.
• Opportunity to develop technical expertise, supervise junior lawyers, and build client relationships within a UK global firm.

Litigation Senior Associate/Partner/Legal Director – Aberdeen (Assignment 17023)

• 8+ PQE
• Senior litigation role advising on complex dispute resolution matters and contributing to strategic growth of the Aberdeen practice.
• Ideal for candidates with a client following and strong interest in business development within a progressive Scottish firm.
