Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Edinburgh (Assignment 15861)

This market-leading firm is currently recruiting a senior lawyer to join its well-regarded Dispute Resolution team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will become part of a team of highly experienced lawyers providing clients with a full range of commercial dispute resolution advice.

The work will be both challenging and interesting, involving property litigation, personal guarantees, professional negligence, banking work (including online fraud), and general commercial litigation matters.

To be considered for this position, you should possess a minimum of 5 years PQE in commercial litigation. Previous experience in handling IP/IT dispute matters would also be beneficial. The firm offers agile and flexible working, a competitive salary and a generous benefits package.

Senior Property & Infrastructure Disputes Lawyer – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 15717)

This innovative law firm currently has an open vacancy for a senior lawyer to join its Construction and Infrastructure Disputes team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

This is an interesting opportunity, and the purpose of the role is to support the team in representing major contractors and employers in complex dispute matters. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate an appropriate range of legal knowledge and experience, deliver high-quality advice to commercial clients, assist in documenting settlements and dispute-related agreements and help to identify strategies to manage work, objectives and budgets.

The ideal candidate will have between 3-6 years PQE, ideally with previous experience of property or construction disputes; exposure to sensitive and complex cases would also be beneficial. The position is full-time with hybrid working options available, and the team is also willing to consider those seeking part-time work for Glasgow-based candidates.

Disease Solicitor – Glasgow (Assignment 15860)

This friendly law firm in Glasgow specialises in personal injury matters and is actively recruiting a Disease Lawyer to join its practice on a full-time basis.

The firm welcomes candidates ranging from 2 years’ PQE to Partner level, with good knowledge and experience in this area, especially in disease-related cases.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of personal injury claims, including those related to lung disease, noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL), and hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS). Interested applicants should be adept in handling both Pursuer and Defender cases, however, experience in both is not essential.

Litigation/Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Glasgow (Assignment 15517)

We are delighted to have been instructed on this new senior litigation role with our client, an established law firm based in Glasgow with expertise in areas such as employment law, litigation, family law, personal injury claims and private client. Due to firm growth, there is currently a need for an experienced lawyer to join its busy practice in Central Glasgow and with clear partnership prospects.

The successful candidate can expect to be involved in all aspects of litigation/disputes including debt recovery, contract disputes, property disputes, executries/wills disputes and professional negligence.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5+ years PQE with a strong background in litigation; previous experience of handling complex disputes is required as well as the ability to handle a large and varied caseload. This is a full-time position however, candidates seeking part-time work (4 days) are also encouraged to apply.

Civil Court Solicitor – Paisley (Assignment 15774)

This specialist law firm is seeking a Civil Court Lawyer to join its highly regarded Family law team, on either full-time or part-time hours. The team handles a variety of civil matters including divorce & separation, accident claims, and housing law (both landlord and tenant).  This role is based in Renfrewshire with easy access from Glasgow.

While the role will primarily focus on family and child law, there is also an opportunity for candidates to expand into other areas of interest.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 1-year PQE with previous litigation experience. The team is also open to speaking with candidates at a more senior level.

Litigation Solicitor – Glasgow (Assignment 15619)

This growing Law Firm is currently seeking a Solicitor, specialising in litigation, to join its busy Glasgow practice.  The successful candidate will join a team of highly experienced lawyers, covering areas such as litigation, property law, corporate law, and family law. The role will involve a blend of civil and commercial litigation matters.

You will support a diverse range of clients, from businesses to insolvency practitioners and individuals, navigating through various circumstances such as contractual and general property disputes, intellectual property conflicts, and outstanding debts.  The ideal candidate for this role will be at the NQ – 2 years’ PQE level, ideally with a background in litigation, however this is not essential, and training will be provided if required. This is a full-time position and a fantastic opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills within this sector.
