Rural Property Solicitor – Edinburgh (Assignment 18308)

  • NQ
  • Broad rural property caseload, including agricultural and estate‑related matters, with direct client contact.
  • Support senior colleagues in a busy team, delivering high‑quality service with a collaborative approach.

Private Client – Edinburgh (Assignment 18141)

  • NQ – 3 years’ PQE
  • Manage a varied private client caseload including wills, trusts, succession planning, asset protection, and tax matters.
  • Work closely with senior specialists and external advisers to deliver tailored advice to high‑net‑worth clients.

Defender Insurance – Glasgow / Hybrid (Assignment 18119)

  • NQ – 5 years’ PQE
  • Manage a defender litigation caseload across motor, casualty, and counter‑fraud claims.
  • Provide solutions‑focused advice with regular advocacy opportunities in a supportive, progressive team environment.

Planning Solicitor – Edinburgh or Glasgow (Assignment 18287)

  • 1+ years’ PQE
  • Advise on planning and environmental matters across sectors including energy, housing, infrastructure, and retail.
  • Support complex projects with strong client engagement, research, and business development involvement.

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Aberdeen (Assignment 18193)

  • NQ
  • Handle residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and title transfers.
  • Deliver high‑quality client care within a supportive team, with some exposure to private client work.

Solicitor, Dispute Resolution (Property Litigation) – Edinburgh (Assignment 17507)

  • NQ – 5 years’ PQE
  • Advise on contentious property matters including lease disputes, boundaries, title issues, and negligence claims.
  • Appear in Scottish courts and tribunals, with strong opportunities for advocacy and cross‑team collaboration.

Personal Injury Solicitor – Edinburgh / Glasgow / Hybrid (Assignment 16809)

  • NQ (or trainee due to qualify)
  • Manage RTA, employer liability, and public liability claims with responsibility for court‑based litigation.
  • Draft complex pleadings, conduct Sheriff Court hearings, and maximise claim recovery in a growing practice.

Private Wealth & Tax, Private Client – Edinburgh (Assignment 18397)

  • NQ–2 PQE
  • Advise on private wealth and tax matters (wills, trusts, executries, succession and tax planning), working on complex, high-value cases for individuals, families, trusts, and charities
  • Manage files and deliver clear, practical client advice in a collaborative team, contributing to client service and business development
