This leading international law firm is recruiting an experienced Employment Associate to join its established and growing team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad mix of advisory and litigation matters, with a strong focus on contentious employment work for employer clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising employers on a wide range of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters
  • Managing Employment Tribunal litigation, including advocacy where appropriate
  • Drafting pleadings, contracts, policies and advisory documentation
  • Acting as a key contact for clients and building strong, long‑term relationships
  • Supervising and supporting junior colleagues on matters and projects
  • Contributing to business development and profile‑raising initiatives

Applicants should be qualified employment solicitors with solid technical experience, including Employment Tribunal litigation. Candidates should be confident managing their own caseload, commercially minded, and comfortable working collaboratively within a busy team. Experience advising employers on complex workplace and HR issues is essential.
