Our client, a leading litigation firm, is seeking an Employment Lawyer to join its well‑established Employment Law team in Glasgow. The role involves managing a varied caseload of predominantly contentious employment matters for both claimant and respondent clients.

The team is keen to speak with ambitious and motivated candidates with a solid traineeship and/or up to 3 years’ PQE. Experience in employment law is preferred, along with the ability to work autonomously while providing a first-class service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a varied caseload of employment law matters
  • Stay informed on legal developments and firm-wide services

You will bring strong communication skills, commercial awareness, excellent time and document management abilities, and a high level of IT proficiency. You should also be self‑motivated, capable of collaborating effectively within a team, and confident in building lasting client relationships.
