This well-established Scottish law firm is recruiting a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy and growing team in Dunfermline. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive practice handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Advising clients on sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of title and new build transactions
• Handling shared ownership and related property matters
• Building strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of client care

Applicants should be between NQ-3 year’s PQE level and be confident managing residential conveyancing matters independently. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. Candidates should also possess excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
