A leading UK law firm is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to support its Scottish Real Estate team. The role is centred on managing legal knowledge, maintaining precedents and resources, and supporting training to ensure the team delivers high-quality client service.

The position also includes a Knowledge Management remit (approximately two days per week), supporting the firm’s knowledge strategy, maintaining knowledge systems, and working with colleagues across the business to improve the sharing and accessibility of legal know-how.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Managing and updating precedents, guidance notes and knowledge resources.
• Capturing and sharing legal know-how across the Real Estate team.
• Supporting legal training, trainee inductions and document automation.
• Assisting with the firm’s knowledge management systems and strategy.
• Working with internal stakeholders to promote knowledge sharing and best practice.

To be considered for this position, you will be a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE level in Scotland with previous experience in real estate law.
