Residential Conveyancing – Stirling (Assignment 18413)

  • 5+ years’ PQE up to Partner-level
  • Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload including purchases, sales, remortgages, and title transfers, while advising clients and liaising with third parties.
  • Provide leadership within the branch by supervising junior staff, supporting private client work, and maintaining high standards of client service.

Private Client – Aberdeen / Remote (Assignment 14811)

  • 2-8 years’ PQE (Senior Solicitor/Associate level)
  • Handle a varied Private Client caseload including Wills, Powers of Attorney, executries, trusts, succession planning, asset protection, and tax mitigation advice.
  • Join a collaborative Wills, Trusts & Executries team with hybrid/remote options and opportunities for progression; STEP qualification desirable.

Rural Land and Business – Edinburgh & Glasgow/Ayrshire (Assignment 15049)

  • 1-10 years’ PQE
  • Join a leading Land and Rural Business team advising on rural property matters and supporting clients across the agricultural and rural sectors.
  • Property law experience is preferred, with the role available in either Glasgow or Edinburgh on a full-time basis.

Senior Associate, Litigation/Professional Indemnity – Glasgow (Assignment 17565)

  • 7+ years’ PQE
  • Manage complex professional indemnity claims involving solicitors, accountants, IFAs, surveyors, and construction professionals, from policy response through to resolution.
  • Advise on strategy, coverage, negotiation, mediation, and litigation while supporting client relationships, business development, and junior team members.

Private Client/Conveyancing – Ayr (Assignment 17568)

  • Senior Associate to Partner level
  • Advise on private client and/or residential conveyancing matters while managing a high-quality caseload and working independently.
  • Opportunity for progression to partnership, with a focus on leadership, client relationships, and contributing to the future growth of the practice.

Insolvency & Restructuring – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 18225)

  • 2+ years’ PQE
  • Advise on non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters including corporate restructurings, refinancings, debt restructurings, and business/asset sales.
  • Support lenders, corporates, and insolvency practitioners through complex transactions, drafting documentation, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
