This well-established Scottish law firm is recruiting a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Property Team in Ayr. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive practice with a strong client base and exposure to high-quality property work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property and conveyancing transactions
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through a personalised approach to client service
  • Drafting and reviewing property documentation and progressing transactions efficiently
  • Working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver practical and commercially focused advice

Applicants should be qualified solicitors from newly qualified level upwards, ideally with experience in property law and conveyancing. The firm is particularly interested in candidates with 2+ years’ PQE, although appointment at Associate level will be considered for more experienced individuals. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach are essential.
