Our client, one of Scotland’s largest, independent law firms is currently looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor to join its Edinburgh office. Working as part of a well-established team, you will advise clients on a broad range of residential property matters, managing transactions from instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload.
  • Handling purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title and new-build transactions.
  • Advising clients throughout the property transaction process.
  • Liaising with lenders, agents, developers and other parties.
  • Building client relationships and identify cross-referral opportunities.
  • Supporting team growth and contribute to business development activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years’ PQE with good experience in residential property. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known firm with genuine career progression opportunities and a supportive and inclusive environment. Hybrid working opportunities are also available.
