A well-established, multi-service law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy Stirling office. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and high-quality caseload while playing a key role within a collaborative and client-focused team.

Candidates from 5+ PQE through to Partner level with experience in residential conveyancing will be considered and will play a key leadership role within the branch.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including purchases, sales, remortgages, and title transfers
  • Advising clients on all legal aspects of residential property transactions
  • Liaising with lenders, agents, and other third parties to progress transactions efficiently
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Supporting private client work, including wills and powers of attorney
  • Supervising conveyancing paralegals and overseeing day-to-day property department operations
  • Mentoring and supporting junior staff and trainees
  • Maintaining high standards of client care while managing a busy workload
  • Utilising case management systems and legal software effectively
