Real Estate/Commercial Property – Edinburgh (Assignment 18365)

  • 4+ years’ PQE
  • Join a leading UK firm advising UK and international investors, institutions and funds on high-value Scottish real estate transactions, including cross-border and portfolio deals.
  • Handle investment acquisitions and disposals, asset management, real estate finance and corporate support work, while mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to client development within a collaborative, growth-focused team.

Commercial Real Estate – Edinburgh (Assignment 18276)

  • 6+ years’ PQE
  • Join a leading Scottish firm advising developers, housing associations, landowners and care providers on high-value commercial real estate and residential development transactions across Scotland.
  • Handle acquisitions, disposals, strategic land and development agreements, property due diligence and team supervision within a highly regarded practice offering strong progression and flexible working.

Real Estate Senior Associate/Principal Associate – Edinburgh (Assignment 17102)

  • 6+ years’ PQE
  • Work with major residential developers and national housebuilders on land acquisitions and strategic development projects supporting UK housing delivery.
  • Lead complex development matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to client relationship management and business development within a leading national real estate team.

(English Qualified), Real Estate/Energy – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 16463)

  • 2+ years’ PQE (Scottish or dual qualified)
  • Advise on the property aspects of energy and infrastructure projects, including solar, battery storage, carbon capture, transmission infrastructure and interconnectors.
  • Join a market-leading international team working on DCOs, CPOs and major infrastructure developments in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Senior Commercial Property – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 17812)

  • 7+ years’ PQE
  • Manage a broad commercial property caseload including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development options and planning agreements for a diverse client base.
  • Act as a trusted adviser within a respected Land & Property team, delivering commercial and cross-disciplinary advice with excellent long-term career prospects and hybrid working.

Real Estate – Edinburgh (Assignment 16169)

  • 1+ year PQE
  • Advise a broad range of clients including real estate owners, housebuilders, lenders, retailers and industrial businesses on varied real estate matters.
  • Join a well-established Edinburgh team in a key role offering exposure to a wide range of property work and excellent development opportunities.
