Our client, a modern boutique law firm based in Glasgow city centre, is seeking a solicitor to join its Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team as part of its continued growth.

This role is suited to a solicitor between 2–4 years’ PQE who is keen to build strong technical and practical experience. You will work on a broad range of commercial disputes, including insolvency‑related matters, and gain exposure to a diverse client base spanning SMEs, insolvency practitioners and individuals across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters including unpaid debts, contractual and general property disputes, intellectual property disputes, and landlord and tenant disputes
Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings and legal documents
Representing clients in court, tribunals and alternative dispute resolution forums
Advising clients on litigation strategy and outcomes
Working closely with senior colleagues to deliver high‑quality legal services
