Advising on commercial, technology, outsourcing, and supplier contracts, with responsibility for supervision, process improvement, and collaboration with in-house teams.
Legal Counsel – Glasgow/Hybrid (Assignment 18200)

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and technology contracts while advising on corporate, IP, GDPR, and compliance matters.
Supporting business operations, improving templates and legal processes, and providing pragmatic in-house legal guidance to stakeholders.
Legal Associate/Senior Legal Associate, Construction – Edinburgh (Assignment 18034)
0–6 PQE
Advising on commercial and construction matters for offshore wind projects, including risk allocation, procurement, tendering, claims, and disputes.
Supporting project delivery within an international renewable energy organisation; energy, infrastructure, or EPCI experience advantageous.
Financial Crime – Glasgow (Assignment 17999)
5+ PQE
Providing legal and regulatory advice on AML, CTF, sanctions, and anti-bribery and corruption, including investigations and compliance frameworks.
Supporting litigation, policy development, training, and regulatory risk management within a financial services environment.
Solicitor – Edinburgh (Assignment 18197)
3+ PQE
Broad in-house role covering litigation, commercial contracts, employment, governance, and regulatory compliance across a national organisation.
Managing contentious and non-contentious matters, advising internal stakeholders, and supporting investigations, tribunals, and contract negotiation.
