Corporate Tax Senior Associate / Director - Edinburgh

Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Tax Lawyer to join their busy Edinburgh office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex tax matters within a collaborative and supportive environment that values professional growth, flexibility, and innovation.

You will join a market-leading Corporate Tax Team, advising on a diverse range of transactions, including corporate M&A, private equity, real estate, cross-border structures, financing arrangements, funds, and reorganisations. The team’s clients include major corporates, financial institutions, real estate developers, fund investors, and public sector bodies.

The ideal candidate will be a senior lawyer up to Legal Director level, SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered, with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE and strong corporate tax experience. Experience or interest in real estate or M&A tax would be beneficial, however not essential.
