A unique role has arisen within the corporate group of this leading law firm. This is an opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer, with at least 1 years’ PQE, to take up a key role in Edinburgh. The work will mainly involve mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, shareholders agreements, joint ventures and reorganisations. This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced team who offers the highest quality work and genuine career prospects. There is also opportunities for secondments.
