An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading offshore law firm in the Channel Islands as a Senior Associate in its high-performing corporate practice in Jersey. This well-established firm supports a diverse client base of financial institutions, corporates, and private individuals through a network of nine international offices.

The role involves advising a key client on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, structuring, restructuring, and the formation and management of investment funds and real estate entities.

Candidates should have a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience and be admitted to practice in a Commonwealth jurisdiction. A strong track record in managing complex transactions is essential, with experience in M&A and investment funds considered advantageous. Language skills in French or Swedish are a plus, and a strong academic background is expected.
