Employment – Glasgow (Assignment 18423)

  • 3+ PQE
  • Manage contentious employment matters, including Employment Tribunal proceedings, advocacy, and advising on workplace disputes.
  • Lead files autonomously, support complex matters, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to business development and client relationships.

Employment – Glasgow (Assignment 18387)

  • 2-9 years’ PQE
  • Advise employer clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including Employment Tribunal litigation and drafting employment documentation.
  • Manage your own caseload, supervise junior lawyers, build client relationships, and support business development initiatives.

Employment – Aberdeen/Edinburgh/Inverness (Assignment 13999)

  • 4+ PQE
  • Advise on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, managing your own caseload and representing clients in tribunals and court proceedings.
  • Work closely with clients and colleagues on complex matters within a flexible, supportive, and hybrid-working environment.

Employment – Glasgow/Dundee (Assignment 18355)

  • 2+ PQE
  • Advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including disputes, tribunal litigation, workplace issues, and restructures.
  • Support corporate transactions, draft employment documentation, and contribute to client development and training initiatives.

Employment – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 18199)

  • 2+ PQE
  • Handle Employment Tribunal claims and advise on a wide range of employment matters, including HR issues, contracts, policies, and workplace disputes.
  • Provide employment support on corporate transactions, including TUPE and due diligence, while managing a varied client portfolio.

Employment, Immigration and Pensions – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 17943)

  • Edinburgh: 3+ PQE | Glasgow: 2–5 PQE
  • Advise employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including Employment Tribunal litigation, advocacy, contracts, and policies.
  • Work on significant government and public sector litigation with structured training, advocacy development, and business development opportunities.
