Our Client, a leading Scottish-headquartered UK law firm, is seeking an additional lawyer to join its busy Rural Team. This position can be based in either the firms’ Aberdeen or Edinburgh office.

The purpose of the role is to provide professional legal services to an array of clients of the firm. This will include advising landlords and tenants on agricultural tenancies, dealing with renewable energy developments, as well as handling the sale and purchase of farms, estates, and forestry, and partnership matters.

Applicants should be qualified to practice in Scotland. Rural property experience is desirable but not essential, however, the candidate must have some property law experience.
