Litigation, Insurance & Risk Solicitor (Shipping & Transport) - Flexible location

Well-established Scottish Law firm currently recruiting a qualified solicitor to join its busy Shipping and Transport department. The firm is flexible on location and the post can be based in any of its offices, this includes Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness and Aberdeen.

You can expect to be involved in a mix of litigation matters including taking part in incident investigations, handling complex marine legal issues, handling general commercial claims in the marine sector and advocacy within the Sheriff Court.

To be considered for this position, you should be at the 1+ PQE level with previous experience of litigation; previous experience working within the marine sector would also be beneficial.
