Banking – Aberdeen                                                                                                               

You will join a team who advise on include acquisition finance, funds finance, real estate finance, fintech, and digital assets.  The ideal candidate should be at the NQ – 2 years’ PQE level and have previous banking or corporate experience, although this is not essential as in-house training will be given to candidates with a genuine interest in progressing their career in this area.   (Assignment 14371)

IPTC – Edinburgh                                                                                                      

You will be involved in working in a busy team with a varied workload; working on commercial contracts, information technology, information law, intellectual property and compliance matters, including, data protection and anti-bribery.  You will work with range across almost all industry sectors and in size from central and local government, third sector, education, software and technology, food and drink, agri-tech, and start-up to international. The type of work is broad-ranging, stimulating and often innovative.  (Assignment 14375)

In-house – Perthshire                                                               

The team has a varied and interesting workload that will cover a mix of commercial contracts, regulatory, compliance and company secretary work.

Your duties will include:

  • Providing advice to the business on a variety of legal topics that relate to the business sector and products.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Managing legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining records of contracts, property documents and the company books.

Remote working would be considered for part of the week.  A 4 day week would also be considered.  (Assignment 14363)

Private Client – Scotland                                                                                        

This growing firm is currently recruiting a Private Client Solicitor to join its team in Dundee, Edinburgh, Angus, Fife and Perth.  The ideal candidate will be at the NQ – 2 years’ PQE level and should ideally have experience in wills, trusts, executries and general private client advice, with some property experience an added advantage.  You will advise individuals and families across a range of private client areas.   (Assignment 14274)

Real Estate – Glasgow                                                                                            

The ideal candidate will be at the NQ – 3 years’ PQE level and should have gained real estate experience during their traineeship from a leading firm.  You will be involved in a wide range of Real Estate transactions, advising investors, developers and occupiers, as well as property related joint ventures, limited partnerships, and unit trusts for both investment and development projects.  (Assignment 14027)
