Our client is seeking a Solicitor to join its well-established Property Team in Ayr.

The successful candidate will work across a broad range of residential and commercial property matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and personable solicitor who is passionate about delivering outstanding client service and building long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation, including contracts and leases.
  • Conducting title examinations, carrying out property due diligence, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements.
  • Advising clients throughout the transaction process and liaising with lenders, estate agents and fellow solicitors.
  • Completing settlements and overseeing property registrations.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, although candidates with additional experience may be considered for appointment at Associate level.
