Private Client – Stirling (Assignment 17328)

  • Qualified Solicitor to handle wills, powers of attorney, trusts, executries, estate administration, tax compliance, and client relationships.
  • Minimum 1 year PQE in Scottish private client work; experience mentoring junior staff desirable.
  • Permanent role with full-time or part-time options, potential hybrid working, competitive salary, and supportive team environment.

Litigation – Glasgow/Ayr (Assignment 17746)

  • Solicitor to manage a varied litigation caseload including civil, commercial, property, family, and employment disputes, with court and tribunal advocacy.
  • 2–6 years’ PQE with solid litigation experience and confidence handling hearings, mediations, and client matters independently.
  • Supportive, collaborative firm offering autonomy, client contact, mentoring responsibilities, and business development opportunities.

Employment and Discrimination – Glasgow/Hybrid (Assignment 17921)

  • Solicitor to work on employment and discrimination matters across courts and tribunals within a busy specialist team.
  • Minimum 1 year PQE, with strong communication skills and ability to manage a demanding caseload.
  • Permanent role offering hybrid working, competitive salary, and excellent long-term career progression.

Private Client – Glasgow (Assignment 17889)

  • Private Client Solicitor advising on wills, powers of attorney, trusts, executries, estate and succession planning, tax, and guardianships.
  • NQ–4 years’ PQE with strong technical knowledge, excellent client care, and ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
  • Competitive salary, flexible and part-time working options, and career development within a modern, tech-driven firm.

Residential Property – Glasgow (Assignment 17627)

  • Residential Conveyancing Solicitor managing high-volume sales, purchases, new builds, remortgages, and title transfers from start to finish.
  • Minimum 2 years’ PQE with proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and support junior staff.
  • Full-time, permanent, office-based role offering a competitive salary within an established firm.

Court/Family Law – Whitburn/Livingston/Bathgate/Hybrid (Assignment 18071)

  • Solicitor to undertake private family law work including divorce, separation, children’s hearings, contact, safeguarding, and guardianships.
  • Open to all levels from NQ to Partner, with relevant family law experience and interest in private family matters.
  • Friendly, supportive firm offering strong progression prospects and hybrid working (2–3 days office-based).

Residential Conveyancing – Glasgow (Assignment 16618)

  • Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions within an expanding Property team.
  • Minimum 2 years’ PQE preferred (NQs considered), with strong technical knowledge and client-facing experience.
  • Full-time role offering genuine career progression within a progressive and friendly firm.
