Private Client Solicitor - Paisley - FWA (Frasia Wright Associates)

This Scottish legal practice is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor (or someone due to qualify shortly) to join its Private Client team in Paisley.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of private client matters, including:

Managing a varied caseload of wills, executries, powers of attorney, and guardianship matters.
Drafting legal documents and providing practical, client-focused advice.
Supporting senior solicitors on more complex cases.
Maintaining high standards of client care and regulatory compliance.
Contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.

The team is keen to hear from newly qualified solicitors, or those due to qualify shortly, ideally with experience in private client work gained during their traineeship or in their current role.
