We are delighted to have been instructed on this unique In-House Legal Counsel role. Our client is a successful organisation in Glasgow specialising in software solutions. The post-holder will be part of its busy Legal team and will report into the Head of Legal.

This is a interesting and varied role, where the successful candidate can expect to be involved in a range of commercial transactions, including commercial contracts, supply agreements, licensing agreements, data privacy and business policies. Previous experience of risk management is also desirable.

The ideal candidate for this position will have between 1-5 years’ PQE with previous experience of commercial transactions, gained within either a private practice or in-house environment. This is a great opportunity for an inquisitive lawyer to move in-house and grow their career within a commercial environment. This is a full-time position which offers hybrid working (one day per week office presence is required).
