6-10, Corporate Finance Solicitor - Edinburgh/Glasgow

Our client, a well-established and diverse law firm is currently recruiting for a qualified solicitor to join its leading Corporate team which is one of the highest profiles in Scotland. The role will involve working with various international companies, fund managers, private equity matters and investment banks. You will work closely with other leading teams within the business including Real Estate, Restructuring and Business Advisory and Banking.

The team is keen to hear from lawyers between the 6 to 10 years’ PQE level with direct corporate finance transactional experience, however, those without direct experience within this area may also be considered if they can demonstrate a real interest in corporate finance.
