Our client, a progressive Scottish law firm is seeking a Civil Court Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Glasgow team. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, strong focus on work/life balance, and flexible, supportive working environment.

The role involves managing a varied civil litigation caseload while contributing to client service excellence and the firm’s ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied civil litigation caseload across Scottish courts, including extensive work with landlords.
Deliver clear, practical legal advice and strong client service
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support growth
Improve efficiency in case management and reporting
Ensure compliance and build strong client relationships

The ideal candidate will be a Scottish-qualified solicitor (NQ–5 PQE) with civil litigation experience or interest, strong organisational and communication skills, and a team-focused approach. Benefits include hybrid working, potential 4-day week, bonus scheme, and clear career progression.
