This Glasgow‑based litigation firm is a solicitor to join its Road Traffic Injury Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialist practice known for high‑quality work, strong client care, and close partner support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of pursuer RTA claims
  • Conducting litigation in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session
  • Advising clients on liability, quantum, settlement strategy and case progression
  • Negotiating settlements and progressing claims through litigation where required
  • Providing clear, pragmatic and empathetic advice to clients throughout the claims process
  • Developing advocacy skills and supporting wider team objectives

Applicants should have at least 3 years’ PQE with experience in personal injury litigation, particularly RTA work. Strong client‑handling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive matters with empathy are essential. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced Partner and gain hands‑on exposure within a supportive and well‑respected team.
