Our client, an international law firm, is seeking two Business Immigration Lawyers (2–6 PQE Associate and 6+ PQE Senior Associate) to join its team in either its Glasgow or Edinburgh office. The roles sit within a highly regarded Employment practice and involve advising leading corporate clients on a broad range of immigration matters.

These positions offer exposure to high-quality, fast-paced advisory work, including sponsorship, visa and compliance matters, as well as global mobility. You will also be involved in cross-border projects, audits, and delivering client training.

Key responsibilities:

  • Advising on business immigration matters, including visas, sponsorship, and compliance
  • Supporting corporate clients with global mobility and workforce planning
  • Managing sponsor licence applications, audits, and enforcement compliance
  • Delivering client training and contributing to business development initiatives
