This full-service offshore law firm is currently recruiting a Head of Employment Solicitor to work across its Employment Teams in Jersey and Guernsey. This experienced team provides specialised, strategic, and pragmatic legal advice on Guernsey, Jersey and Cayman Islands employment laws.

As Head of Employment, you will take principal charge of the Employment Team and employment law matters in Jersey and Guernsey. You will provide technical legal advice to clients across a number of practice areas, primarily litigation and financial services law. You will also identify and follow through with opportunities to grow the employment practice and the business.

To be considered for this role you will have at least 7 years’ PQE with a Jersey, Guernsey and/or UK qualification. 

You will be client focussed with a strong commercial awareness, sound judgement and self-motivated with a solution driven attitude to problems.
