Planning/Litigation Solicitor - Edinburgh / Hybrid

This independent, full-service law firm in Edinburgh is currently recruiting a Planning Lawyer to join its General Litigation & Dispute Resolution team.

The purpose of the role is to provide all forms of strategic and contentious planning advice to clients including Public Inquiries, judicial challenges, appeals, compensation claims and enforcement action. You will also be required to keep up to date with case law and legislative changes with relevant law.

The ideal candidate for this role will be at the NQ level and above with good knowledge of Scottish environmental law, experience of conducting litigation in the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court, and ideally, experience of major planning related inquiries.
