Due to continuing growth, this award-winning law firm is currently recruiting a Senior Associate to join its Corporate team in Edinburgh and Glasgow. The team has extensive experience advising on a full range of corporate transactions across many sectors including healthcare, technology, and manufacturing.

The role offers a range of corporate work such as M&A deals, compliance, and corporate governance. You will take ownership as well as assisting on larger, more complex matters. Candidates will be at the 5 years PQE level and above with experience in managing transactions across all stages desirable.

This position is full-time, however there is a possibility for a 4-day working week for the right candidate. The firm has opportunities in both Edinburgh and Glasgow and would also welcome hearing from either locally based Corporate lawyers or relocators back to Scotland.
