Exciting opportunity to join this successful UK based law firm as a Corporate Tax Senior Associate based in Edinburgh. This highly regarded corporate team are renowned for delivering effective and creative solutions to clients across a range of sectors.
You will have a wide and varied workload, providing clients with advice on matters such as tax and restructuring, financial transactions, fund investments, real estate transactions and corporate M&A.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, demonstrating previous experience working on corporate tax matters. You will be a strong team player and have experience of leading others to develop their skills and knowledge as well effective matter management and business development experience.
The role is offered on a full-time basis with hybrid/flexible working options available.
