Real Estate Partner – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 11535)

Our client is seeking a Real Estate partner to join its firm in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The ideal candidate will be at least 7 years’ PQE with experience in this area of the law. This role would suit someone interested in the opportunity to lead or develop a team.

The Property and Real Estate team advise private and public sectors on a whole spectrum of property issues, and support clients transacting through business overseas, providing worldwide coverage, whilst offering the benefits of local expertise. This firm offers a positive working environment, and the role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Partner, Private Client – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 11542)

Our client is seeking an additional private client partner to join its firm in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will be at least 10 years’ PQE with experience in private client and/or residential conveyancing work. This role would suit someone interested in the opportunity to lead or develop a team. This firm offers a positive working environment, and the role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Corporate Director – Glasgow (Assignment 12919)

This client focused firm, with offices in the Glasgow area, has moved into the next stage of its succession plan, and due to a recent restructure within the firm, it is currently seeking a director to support its busy corporate team. This role is based in Glasgow city centre however the firm do operate a hybrid working model.

The corporate team provides advice to businesses of all sizes on all aspects of Corporate and Commercial activity including:

  • The incorporation, purchase and sale of Companies
  • Shareholders’ Agreements
  • Business and Asset acquisitions
  • The formation of Partnerships and Limited Liability Partnerships
  • The incorporation of Community Interest Companies (CICs)

The ideal candidate for this role will have between 2 years PQE all the way up to Partner level.

Banking Partner/Director – Edinburgh (Assignment 14913)

This market leading firm is currently recruiting a Partner/Director to head up its banking practice within their Corporate Group. You will provide a full range of banking advice to the firm’s corporate and commercial clients and assist the Corporate Team on banking matters under Scots law and English law. To be considered for this position you should have at least 7 years’ PQE in banking matters and will be Scottish qualified or dual qualified (Scottish & English).

The role will bring an interesting, varied, and challenging workload, working on general secured lending and LMA based transactions, and advising on corporate restructuring and insolvency matters. You will also work closely with the Commercial Property Group on all banking related matters. The role is full time and based in Edinburgh with an agile working arrangement.

Corporate Partner – Edinburgh/Hybrid (Assignment 14727)

This leading full-service law firm is currently recruiting an experienced Lawyer to join its busy team in Edinburgh. The firm is keen to hear from candidates at Partner level (ideally 8 years PQE and above) who come from a strong corporate background and already have a following. The ability to help develop the business is essential to this role.

This is a full-time position and the firm operate a hybrid working model to allow for more work/life balance and flexibility. A variety of benefits are also on offer.
