This highly regarded Scottish law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its Land & Property team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a loyal and high-quality client base, handling a broad range of residential property matters within a respected and collaborative practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of title and refinancing matters
  • Advising clients on a range of residential property issues and delivering a tailored, relationship-driven service
  • Supporting cross-border property matters in collaboration with colleagues across the wider property team
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts to support continued business growth

Applicants should have at least 2 years’ PQE in Scottish residential property work and be confident managing transactions independently from inception through to completion. Dual qualification would be advantageous but is not essential. Candidates should possess strong communication and organisational skills, commercial awareness, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
