This highly regarded Ayrshire boutique law firm is recruiting an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team on either a permanent or fixed-term basis to provide cover during a period of maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to work with an established and expanding client base, advising on a broad range of commercial property matters within a progressive and well-supported environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on commercial leasing matters
  • Handling real estate sales and purchase transactions
  • Managing client relationships and delivering a high standard of client service
  • Working closely with colleagues to support the firm’s commercial property practice during a period of maternity cover

Applicants should have at least 5 years’ PQE and possess strong experience in commercial leasing and real estate sales and purchase transactions. The successful candidate will be confident managing matters independently and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

You will be joining a well-established firm with a strong local reputation, modern IT and management systems, and a growing client base. The firm is flexible regarding how its requirements may be met during this period and is open to discussing a range of working arrangements.
