Practice Area: Residential Development
Level: Associate, Part-Time, Full Time

Location: Scotland, Central Belt, Remote, East Lothian

This well-established Scottish firm is currently recruiting Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its expanding East Lothian team. The firm has a strong reputation in the local market, with particular focus on estate agency, residential and commercial conveyancing, private client, and family law work.

As part of the residential property team, you will handle a range of matters including plot sales for housebuilder clients and purchase/sale transactions for private clients. You will manage client relationships throughout the conveyancing process and contribute to maintaining the firm’s high standard of service.

If this role is of interest, please do not hesitate to contact either Cameron or Teddie for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 16096)
