Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE to join its established team in Inverness or Elgin. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside highly regarded partners, advising a diverse range of domestic and international clients on a broad range of contentious matters.

The role will focus primarily on property and contentious private client disputes, with additional exposure to contract litigation, professional negligence, company disputes, banking and financial services, IP, and construction and engineering disputes. You will have the opportunity to work on complex and cross-border matters while also contributing to business development.

The successful candidate will be a confident, client-focused solicitor with strong technical and interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload. You will join a supportive and collaborative team with excellent career development opportunities.
