Private Client Lawyer Opportunity in Ayr Available

Our client, an established law firm, is seeking an additional Solicitor to join its busy office in Ayr.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and executries to develop their career within a reputable and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting and advising on Wills , Powers of Attorney, and associated documents.
Managing executries (estate administration) from initial instruction through to completion.
Advising on trusts, including setting up and administration.
Providing inheritance tax planning advice and guidance on succession and estate planning.
Building strong client relationships and maintaining high standards of client care.
Attending client meetings, often at sensitive times, with professionalism and empathy.
Developing and nurturing relationships with intermediaries, such as financial planners and accountants.
