Private Client Solicitor - Fife (St Andrews/Cupar/Anstruther)/Dundee

Our client, a successful Scottish law firm, is currently recruiting for a Solicitor to join its leading Private Client team. The firm is flexible on location, and the successful candidate can be based in any of the following offices: Fife, St Andrews, Cupar, Anstruther or Dundee. The role will involve inheritance tax planning, asset protection and succession planning, handling charitable trusts and executries.

To be considered for this position, you should be at the NQ-3 PQE level, ideally with previous experience of private client work. Interested NQs should have gained some private client experience during their traineeship. Candidates should expect to work towards a STEP accreditation in the longer term.
